Overview
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead design efforts for RollPay, crafting high-impact and visually stunning user interfaces and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Assume a leadership role within the UI/UX design team, providing direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers. Set the standard for design excellence.
- Advanced Design: Lead in crafting high-impact, visually stunning UI and UX across platforms, ensuring quality, usability, and accessibility.
- Design Strategy: Shape design strategy and vision. Collaborate with shareholders to align design goals with business objectives and user needs.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Create consistent, engaging experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered principles, conducting research, usability testing, and using feedback to iterate.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure successful implementation and design feasibility.
- Design System Development: Lead the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides for consistency.
- Innovative Solutions: Solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Usability and Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate concepts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Animation tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience in agile development environments.
- Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
